Renew the air only when needed.

Indoor air quality controlled by real demand. Networked sensors adjust ventilation automatically to occupancy.

Cross-section of a building with three rooms: fan at the outdoor air intake, ducts with diffusers, STG MINI sensors in the rooms and an STG QAI on the wall of the last one
A fan with an STG DRV at the outdoor air intake; STG MINI in the rooms and STG QAI in the last one. Fresh air reaches the diffusers only when the reading calls for it.

How it works

Three ways to build it, the same network.

Ventilating all the time wastes energy; ventilating too little compromises air quality. Demand-controlled ventilation modulates airflow exactly when and as much as the room needs.

Mode 01

Air monitoring only

The STG MINI measures CO₂, temperature and humidity in the room and shows the readings on the web interface, on a computer or phone, over the STG wireless network. Nothing is driven: it is the diagnosis stage, or all you need when you only want to know how the air is.

Mode 02

Air monitoring and control

The MINI sits in the room; the STG DRV sits next to the fan and executes the command that arrives over the STG wireless network: on/off through the relay or speed through the 0–10 V output. No signal cable between the two.

The STG DRV commands single-phase AC or EC fans. Several MINIs can command the same DRV through the configured rule.

Mode 03

All in one device

The STG QAI measures, shows and drives in the same device: relay for on/off and 0–10 V output for proportional command of a compatible fan or damper. It is the setup for the small room, with no intermediate controller.

Several rooms, one fan

The highest demand sets the response.

Each room measures its own air and reports over the STG network. One rule decides: worst case, average, zones or custom logic. The STG DRV then adjusts the fan.

What the system delivers

Fresh air as needed, no ventilating for nothing.

  • Ventilates by what the room asks forSensors measure CO₂, temperature and humidity; ventilation goes up and down with real occupancy, instead of running all the time.
  • No signal cableSensor in the room, DRV next to the fan, command over the STG wireless network. In a small room, the QAI does it all in one device.
  • Supervision and integrationNative web interface, no app, and BMS integration over Modbus RS-485. Fresh air within what NBR 16401 and ASHRAE 62.1 require.
