Smart ventilation and exhaust for car parks.

Distributed CO sensors and a drive on every fan: ventilation responds only when and where there is a pollutant.

How it works

Measures at several points, responds where needed.

Car parks ventilated around the clock use energy for nothing; ventilated too little, they accumulate CO. The demand-controlled system measures at several points and coordinates the fans.

Car park network

From sensor to fan, with no signal cable

Distributed sensors provide the measurements; the DRVs installed on each unit execute the command. The response is coordinated: a condition detected at one point can speed up the fans according to the configured strategy.

The system in place

In the car park, with no control cabling.

CO sensors on the pillars, one DRV on each jet fan and on each shaft exhaust fan, all on the STG wireless network. The jet fans push the air along the slab to the shaft; the exhaust fans pull the air out of the car park. No ducts, no signal cable.

  2. 02 · CommandOne DRV per fanEach jet fan and exhaust fan gets an STG DRV, which executes the command through an analogue output or relay.
  3. 03 · CoordinationCoordinated responseThe STG network coordinates the response: a relevant condition detected at one point can speed up the fans according to the configured strategy.

Jet fans on the ceiling, exhaust at the end.

Jet fans push the air to the exhaust point; axial fans do the main exhaust. No ducts: more headroom and more parking spaces.

What the system delivers

More spaces, less consumption.

  • Automatic control by CODistributed sensors modulate the jet fans by the worst CO reading. Ventilation responds to real occupancy.
  • No ducts, more spacesJet fans on the ceiling push the air to the main exhaust. With no ductwork, headroom and parking spaces stay free.
  • Real-time supervisionWeb interface for configuration and remote monitoring, with alarms and alerts by CO level.
